This is a popular and versatile spice mix containing saffron. Each pack contains 5 sachets of ready to use paella mix, each of which is good for a large paella for 6 people (or any other rice dish). As an added bonus, each sachet has a different recipe printed on it, and there are some extremely interesting ones to try. Before adding the rice, add the contents of one sachet for every six servings of paella (600-700 grams of rice) into the paella pan. There is no need to add any other spices but a little salt can be added.
