If there are any problems with an order, you will be contacted by one of our team members. Your log on details are exclusive to you, are non-trasferable, and must be treated as strictly confidential at all times.

In the event that you have any concerns regarding your log in details, or become aware of any misuse you should contact us immedialtely.

Ordering

 

When you submit an order through our website it will constitute an offer to purchase goods and we will send you an email acknowledging it''s receipt. Once payment is accepted your goods with be despatched and we will be legally bound to honor this purchase of goods provided that you have specified an address here in the UK, Scotland or Wales.

Alcohol is only available for sale to persons aged 18 or over, by placing your order you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase these goods. All Payment and Pricing prices quoted on goods ordered are duty paid where applicable.

Tax will be applied seperately on beverages and non food related products were applicable. The prices of foods are more susceptible to changes in the market and the exchange rate, therefore we need to reserve the right to change our prices when necessary. These can been clearly seen on the website of Salsa Brava Ltd trading as Don Quijote.

You will always be charged the agreed amount at the time of purchase when making your payment. Payment over the Internet can be made by Visa, Mastercard or debit card and via Paypal. There is also the option to pay by cheque or bank deposit should you wish.

Paypal users:  Please note once your payment has been confirmed please return to Don Quijote website before exiting. This will ensure your shopping basket is empty for future purchases.

Cancellation and Returns

 

If you wish to cancel an order that you placed with us you do not need to give us any reason for cancelling, nor will you have to pay any penalty. To cancel your order you must notify us in writing you can do this by email.

If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our address: Salsa Brava Ltd, Unit 7, Oakland Business Centre, 64-68 Elm Grove Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 5LH, at your own cost and risk.

If you cancel your order but we have already dispatched the goods for delivery you must not open the packaging when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.

Once you have notified us in writing that you are cancelling your order and the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, any sum debited to us from your credit card  will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible  If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to your account.

Cancellation by us

 

We reserve the right to cancel your order if:

1) We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.

2) One or more of the goods ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

3) If we do cancel your order we will do so by email and we may offer you an alternative purchase.

Should you not wish this we will re-credit your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible. We will not be oblidged to offer any additional compensation for  disappointment suffered.

Events beyond our control

 

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or delay that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitations, stikes, lockouts and any industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
